Booked my accommodation through goibibo in some other Hotel. but, due to unavailability of the rooms in that hotel, goibibo arranged my accommodation in lazystay. Its a residential property. Hence, it lacks professionalism. Rooms are very packy and lack amenities. Rooms are stinky, linen are soiled, curtains are broken, toilet is dirty, telephone lines and TV wires are hanging and most of the time doesn't work. Hardly there is any staff to take care of the needs of the guests. Tried to get something positive to write about but honestly i couldn't get any. So, a must avoid hotel.

I was booked by my client in this hotel along with 3 other executives and sadly the Oyo promise does not seem to be honored by this property: 1. Checked in last night. I was promptly asked to pay full payment at time of check-in and the balance amount was not paid back till the next morning. The bed sheets had not been changed and had some hair of the earlier occupant on it. Tried to get them changed and the washed bed sheets also had stains. The issue got resolved after the staff retrieved a relatively clean set and replaced them. 2. Tried to order breakfast in the morning which was included in the booking but the staff at the reception rudely informed me that breakfast was not included and would be chargeable. When I asked from an email id where I could forward the Room booking email which mentioned the amount paid for Breakfast, he quickly retracted from his earlier statement and asked me for the order. In the same breath, he asked me why I had not specified the order the previous night! I asked for Tea with separate sugar and when the tea was delivered, it was luke warm at best with no spoon / stirrer to mix the sugar. It took them 5 minutes to get the spoon. 3. I asked for a clean towel which again has couple of stains so I did not use it. 4. I had to again ask for the oyo kit (soap, body wash) which was grudgingly supplied after feigning ignorance that it must have been there in the first place. 5. There was a stink in the bathroom coming from the service shaft / duct that seems to have garbage dumped in it and does not seem to have been cleaned. I did not investigate the reason for the stink. I also do not understand how this property can claim to be a 3 star property. Seems to be an air-conditioned lodge at best. This leads me to wonder if this is the famed Oyo service quality and customer experience that is talked of on TV shows. I can see many reviews on Google about this hotel (Oyo 8346 Lazystays) where Oyo Customer Service has assured that they will take corrective action but apparently, nothing seems to have changed!

the hotel is in good location. you can get cabs easily around the hotel. the hotel rooms are very small and not spacious. there is limited breakfast and not of good quality. i would not suggest it for more than a day or for families stay.

A good budget hotel with clean and nice rooms. The rooms, though are not very spacious. I got the room on 1st floor near the hotel signboard. I would suggest to go for rooms on 2nd floor or room on 1st floor which is not near the hotel signboard (due to the insects flying on the light of signboard). For me I found the bed to be very very good with nice comfort. Neither hard nor very soft. I was not expecting to find such a bed. The bath room could do with a tray holder or a stand to keep toiletries, toothpaste, brush etc near the wash basin. The staff are helpful. But the breakfast served is not hot as it is not prepared in house. This is an area for improvement.

Lazystay is located in District Center, Chandrasekharpur. The has a good location in a less congested area. The rooms are nice but not spacious. and the staff were very polite and helpful. Room service was quick and prompt and the food is good.
